Unincorporated Business Entities Law

Prof. Larry Ribstein (Illinois) passed away yesterday (via Prof. Brian Leiter, Prof. Geoffrey Manne). Larry was a major advocate for  ”uncorporations” (as he called them). His loss will be deeply felt.
